Shaoyin disease with diarrhea, sore throat, fullness in the chest, and vexation; Pig Skin Decoction governs it. (Shang Han Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage))

Composition

Pig skin one jin. The above one ingredient: with one dou of water, decoct to obtain five sheng; remove the dregs; add white honey one sheng and white powder five ge; cook until fragrant; mix thoroughly; take warm in six divided doses.
