Aconite Honey Aconitum (honey-processed)

Dispel wind and remove dampness; Dissipate cold and relieve pain

1. For wind-cold-damp impediment with contracture and pain. 2. For various cold-damp pains. Preparation: Raw aconite 30 g, boil 600 mL down to 200 mL; after bringing to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat and simmer for about one hour. Remove the aconite dregs, then mix 400 mL honey with 200 mL of the aconite decoction, and simmer over low heat down to 400 mL for about another hour, thus making Aconite Honey. Total boiling time about 2 hours. Each time use one tablespoon of Aconite Honey (about 30 mL) and simmer together with other formulas.
