Skin pain and itching and early-stage sores and swellings with toxin caused by the combined attack of the three pathogens wind, dampness, and heat, with aversion to cold and fever, greasy or yellow-greasy tongue coating, and a floating rapid or soft pulse.

Constipation: add Dahuang 6. -- Strengthen detoxifying function: add Jinyinhua 10. -- Wind-cold-damp toxin: add Jinyinhua 10, Tufuling 15. -- Thirst: add Shigao 15.

This formula can improve allergic constitution, strengthen the functions of the five zang, discharge pus and resolve toxin, and is suitable for various suppurative disorders and skin diseases. When used for eczema disorders, it is effective for moist erythema, papular or small pustular types; moreover, for urticaria unhealed for decades, taking this formula for 3-6 months can neutralize the toxin, resolve the toxin, and achieve a radical cure.
