Boil six bowls of water over high heat down to two bowls, about 20 minutes. Take warm after meals.

Skin pain and itching and early-stage sores, ulcers, swellings, and toxic lesions caused by a mixture of the three pathogens wind, dampness, and heat; aversion to cold and fever; greasy or yellow-greasy tongue coating; floating rapid or soft pulse.

Skin disease, suppurative inflammation: add Coix seed:30, Forsythia:10. -- Constipation: add Rhubarb:6. -- Strengthen detoxifying function: add Forsythia:10, Honeysuckle:10. -- Wind-cold-damp toxin: add Honeysuckle:10, Smilax glabra:15. -- Moisten the skin, discharge pus and soften indurations: add Coix seed:30. -- Thirst: add Gypsum:15.

1. This formula can improve allergic constitution, strengthen the functions of the five zang organs, discharge pus and detoxify. It is applicable to various suppurative disorders and skin diseases. This formula is effective for the moist erythema, papular, or small pustular types of eczema; moreover, for urticaria that has not healed for decades, taking this formula for 3-6 months can neutralize toxins, detoxify, and achieve a radical cure. 2.
