Composition

Pu Huang (stir-fried until fragrant), Wu Ling Zhi (ground with wine, washed to remove sand and soil; equal parts, made into powder).

Preparation

First take two qian of the above, mix with strong vinegar and simmer into a paste; add one cup of water, decoct to seven parts, and take warm before meals.

Treats postpartum heart and abdominal pain that is nearly fatal, when a hundred medicines are ineffective; taking this brings immediate recovery.
